The Department of Innovation, Assessment, and Analytics remains committed to supporting teaching and learning, providing assessment services, leveraging data to inform decision-making, and advancing innovative practices across the district.

Department Purpose

1. This department empowers teaching and learning through technology integration, device management, access to digital resources, and exciting programs like eSports.

2. We will provide leadership and guidance to District stakeholders so that the Ysleta Independent School District (YISD) meets state and federal accountability as well as comply with state and federal requirements.

3. Annually, we will collaborate with District stakeholders in order to evaluate program effectiveness and identify best practices to increase opportunities for student success so that the State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR) scores increase within each student group.
